our process
After working with couples since 2011, we understand that choosing wedding stationery requires both inspiration and thoughtful guidance. We have done much of the creative groundwork for you while leaving plenty of room for your invitations to feel personal.
Our process gives you a clear place to begin, expert support when you need it, and the flexibility to make each detail your own.
01.
browse our curated designs
Our Curated Collection includes hundreds of invitation designs created to give you a thoughtful place to begin. You may love an entire suite exactly as it is, or you may simply be drawn to the layout, style, color palette, floral artwork, or structure of one particular design. Either is enough. We can build from there.
Each design includes a starting price based on the suite as shown. Pricing reflects details such as its structure, included pieces, artwork, papers, printing method, and finishing elements, allowing you to compare designs with both your style and budget in mind.
02.
let’s work together
Once you have found a design you love, choose the easiest way to get started.
If you would like the suite essentially as shown, simply complete our online order form. If you would like help selecting pieces, adjusting the design, or exploring more extensive customization, schedule a phone consultation or visit us at our Fraser studio.
We will review your quantity, suite pieces, printing preferences, and requested changes before preparing your final quote. When few changes are needed, your quote will remain close to the starting price shown online. More extensive customization, specialty artwork, materials, or printing will be quoted accordingly.
A 50% deposit is due to begin your order. The remaining balance is due before production.
03.
proofing, production and delivery
Design begins once your order and deposit have been received. The timeline depends on how much you would like us to change.
A suite ordered essentially as shown may be ready to enter production the following week. A project involving original artwork, significant layout changes, a redesigned structure, or specialty production may remain in the design phase for several weeks—or, in some cases, up to two months.
You will receive digital proofs to review, along with the opportunity to request revisions. Nothing is printed until you have approved every detail. Once approved, your stationery moves into production, followed by quality inspection, finishing, and delivery or studio pickup.
