Can I get samples of your designs?

We can provide samples for most of our featured collections designs (for invitation suites only). We do not offer samples of Save the date cards, Day-of items or bridal shower invitations at this moment. Our samples are generic and pre printed with generic wording, and cannot be customized

Can I get a personalized sample?

We do not offer personalized samples. Once a bulk order is placed, a personalized hard copy is included in the cost before going in production (limitations apply in terms of timelines and specialty processes)

What can I customize on each of your designs?

Everything can be customized. You can find all the customization options here. Some personalization may incur a fee (custom laser cut color, custom wax seal etc.)

Can I get programs and menus matching my design? I do not see them on your website

Any day-of item can be coordinated to any of our design collections. We offer numerous options for each day of items (you can find all the options here). If you do not see your specific design in the inspiration gallery, please let us know and we will be happy to send a digital proof for you!

Can I change the layout of the wording on the card I picked?

Unless otherwise specified on the specific design page, the layout for our cards is 100% customizable.

Can you print guest addresses on my envelopes?

We do offer guest addressing for envelopes, this service is normally included on orders of 50 pieces and over.

Will I have to pay for my order upfront?

A deposit is due at the beginning of your process and before digital proofing start. All remaining balance is due before physical production starts.

How much are your designs?

We offer over 300 designs, and each design is curated with certain features and add ons. For that reason all our designs have different pricing. You can find pricing for our design on the specific design’s page.

I do not need response card or insert, would the set cost less?

If the cost of the invitation suite includes inserts, and you do not need those, the cost will be $1 less per insert.

What is the minimum number of pieces for a bulk order

The prices on our website are valid for a minimum purchase of 50 pieces. We can accommodate orders as low as 25 pieces, price per suite will be slightly higher.

Can I order more invitations after I received my order?

If you need more invitations (or generally cards) after you received your order, you may request more cards in a minumum quantity of 10 pieces.

How far in advance should I order wedding invitations?

You can find a recommended detailed stationery timeline here. To find out more about our specific production timelines, please visit our process and timelines page. We generally recommend starting the order for save the date cards about 12 months before the wedding, and the process for invitations 9 to 8 months before your wedding.

Do I need to pay for the full order upfront for couture designs?

Our couture (fully custom) orders payments are due 50% before proofing starts, and 50% before printing.

What will happen if I change my mind about the design in the middle of the process?

At the start of your proofing process for custom orders, we will provide 2 or 3 different ideas, based on your ideas or inspiration. If none of those ideas work for you, we will provide additional ideas and sketches. Once you choose to proceed with one of these ideas, the detailed proofing will start. At this point, the general design ideas will be set, should you choose to change the design entirely, a graphic design fee (price vary) will apply.

Can I upgrade to letterpress or foil?

Most of our designs can be upgraded to a specialty printing process (fees vary). Find our specialty printing processes here.

shipping and mailing

How long does it take for shipping

Our proofing timelines vary from 1 to 5 weeks (in most cases). Production time varies from 3 to 6 weeks depending on design, and time of the year. Shipping is usually done via fedex ground or fedex express and take 2 to 5 weeks depending on the destination.

Will you mail my invitations to my guests for me?

We do not offer mailing services.

Is postage included in the cost of my invitations?

Postage cost is never included in the invitation costs. When we mail your order, we will provide a postage estimate for your suite, for US destination. We always recommend to verify the accuracy of this information with the post office.

I forgot someone in my guest list, can you print some extra envelopes?

We can absolutely do that! Please contact us if you need this service after you received your order.

How much postage will my invitations need?

Most of our invitation suites weight more than 1 ounce, and therefore require additional postage than the regular “forever stamp” which covers up to one ounce of weight. Some of our invitation suites might also require a specific type of stamp called “non machineable”. When we mail your order, we will provide a postage estimate for your suite, for US destination.
