Our couture design process for custom wedding invitations is the ideal choice for those couples that have a clear vision about their wedding design and their stationery. Perhaps they are drawn to various styles and elements seen online, yet nothing fully captures their complete vision.
By integrating contemporary layouts and printing techniques with timeless and romantic touches, our couture process starts with a mood board or vision board crafted hand-in-hand with the couple. Given the extensive timeline and dedication involved, the couture process typically initiates at least 9-12 months prior to the wedding. Starting with the invitation suite, it establishes the foundation for all wedding stationery, ensuring a cohesive and memorable celebration.

Complete our custom wedding invitations form or schedule an appointment at our studio to discuss your vision, mood-board, and specific requirements.
A starting budget will need to be
established along with items needed.


preliminary ideas

We will send you preliminary ideas, accompanied by sketches, layouts, and an estimate of pricing.
This comprehensive package will
assist in further refining your vision.

We will send you a comprehensive contract that outlines the project details, estimated pricing, and timelines. Please note that a 50% deposit will be necessary to initiate the proofing process.

At this point we will start the proofing process, which will consist on a series of emails to review proofs and ask for changes. You may ask for changes and tweaks.
– avg. 3-7 weeks –


hard copy / balance

Once your digital proofs are approved,
a hard copy will be produced
for you (restrictions do apply for
custom cuts and specialty printings).

Once officially approved, all supplies will be ordered and production on your order will start. No further changes can be requested. Everything will be assembled and ready for you

The prices for our custom wedding stationery can vary significantly based on various factors,
including layout, printing choices, embellishments, and, of course, the required quantity.

Due to the very different amounts of personalization that a custom design might have, our custom suites are priced on a case-by-case basis. Very much like shopping for a dress, while working on a custom design for stationery it is always a good idea to communicate your ideal budget to your stationer ahead, this will allow us to tailor our offer to what you need and what is in your ideal price range.

For a wedding of 100 guests, our couture client’s typical investment is $2000 to $3000 for the invitation suite,
and $2000 to $4000 for day-of items and signage.
Defining your priorities early in the process is the best way to maximize your overall budget,
and set realistic expectations.

Any piece of stationery can be created as a fully custom design, including save the dates, wedding invitations, engagement invitations, birthday, baptism and christening invitations, welcome signs, table plans, menu cards and so much more.

custom design elements

Custom designs elements such as venue illustrations, maps or custom monograms, can be added to one of our designs or can be included on a brand new custom design. Pricing for custom illustrations start at $250 and vary based on the nature of the order.

From custom pocket folios, to custom created laser cut gates, to boxed wedding invitations. The sky is the limit when it comes to creating a layout for a custom suite. Additionally, any design in our collections can be adapted to any custom layout

specialty materials

Acrylic, Leather, wood or silk ribbon, any specialty material can be ordered for your invitations and stationery.

day-of collaterals

During our initial consultation, in addition to discussing your wedding invitations, we will also cover any requirements for save the date cards and day-of-wedding items. We can coordinate programs, menus, signage, and other items according to your custom design preferences. Our range of options for day-of items is extensive, including die cuts, layering, embellishments, and specialty printing processes.
