Here is how our ordering and proofing system work:
1. Customize
Fill out the form indicating quantities, options and colors for your design. Submit the form including the verbiage for your cards.
2. Quote/Proposal
A quote or Proposal will be sent to your email within 3 business days, if the quote/proposal is accepted, our designer will start working on a first digital proof for you.
3. Proofing
A first set of digital proofs will be sent to you within 2-3 business days after your proposal has been signed. You may request minor changes or adjustments on the proofs.
4. Approval
Once you are 100% happy with your proofing, you can give us a “soft approval”, this simply means you can send us an email saying “approved”, this is not your official approval on the proofs, a contract will be sent to you to sign off the proofs for production. Any remaining balance is due at this time.
5. Printing/Production
Once you sign your contract to release the proofs for printing and production, everything will get in the press. No further changes can be done at this point. Your sign off contract will give you an approximate production timeframe.
5. Delivery
Your order will at this point be carefully packaged and shipped to you, we ship either via usps or Fedex, depending on client preference and most convenience shipping method. Unless otherwise requested, we will most likely ship via usps.
