Our custom seating charts are designed to perfectly match your wedding theme while providing a practical way to guide your guests to their seats. Available in various sizes, including 18×24, 24×36, 36×48, and 36×72 inches, we offer flexible options based on your needs and venue size.
If you’re local to Fraser, Michigan, we can print your seating chart on either poster board (perfect for framing) or foam core board, which is sturdy enough to stand on its own without a frame. For non-local customers, we provide digital files, allowing you to print your chart at a nearby print shop.
Flexible Display Options
For the smaller sizes, you can easily display the seating chart with an easel at your reception, framed or unframed. The poster board option is ideal for placing inside a frame, adding an elegant touch to your décor. The foam core board option stands upright without needing a frame, making it a convenient and budget-friendly option.
If you’re considering our large 6-foot chart (36×72 inches), we recommend using block stands or larger floor easels for a polished presentation. This option works especially well for larger wedding parties or events where you need to display multiple tables clearly.
Ordering and Printing
Whether you’re local or long-distance, we make it easy to get your custom seating chart. For local pickup, choose either foam core or poster board printing. For out-of-state customers, simply select the digital setup option, and we’ll prepare the file for you to print near your home.
