Our Day-Of Essentials include the core stationery pieces most weddings need to create a cohesive and polished experience for guests. These thoughtfully selected items cover the moments guests interact with most, from ceremony to reception, and can be ordered individually, as samples, or as a coordinated package. Digital proofing is included, and every detail is reviewed and approved before production begins.

The Day-Of Essentials collection includes five core pieces commonly used at weddings:

• Menus flat front only
• Programs flat front and back
• Table Numbers flat
• Name Cards tented (names and table number)
• Thank You Cards tented (blank)

Pricing
Starting at $400 for 50 people

Includes the package pieces as shown (50 pieces for menus, programs, and name cards, 25 pieces for thank you cards, 8 table numbers)
Additional quantities, upgrades, and embellishments are quoted after inquiry.
Shipping and applicable tax calculated separately.

Deposit → Proofing → Approval → Production

Once your deposit is placed, we move into digital proofing, where your design is reviewed and refined. You’ll have the opportunity to approve wording, layout, and details before anything moves to print.

A customized sample may be provided depending on the design and production method. Some specialty processes may be shown digitally rather than as a physical sample.

After final approval and remaining balance, your order moves into production. Production timelines vary based on materials and finishes, with most curated suites completing within several weeks.

Will I see proofs before printing?
Yes. Digital proofs are always provided, and nothing goes to production without your final approval.

Can my quantity change after I place my order?
Yes. Quantities can usually be adjusted before final approval. Pricing may change depending on the production stage and materials.

Are samples included with my order?
Samples are not automatically included. Sample availability varies by design and production method, and some specialty processes may be shown digitally.

Is assembly included?
Assembly depends on the design and collection. Some suites are delivered assembled, while others are packaged according to the collection specifications.

Can I reorder or add matching items later?
Yes. Coordinating pieces and day-of stationery can be added later to maintain a cohesive look.

What if I am on a tight timeline?
If you are working within a shorter timeline, please review our turnaround times before ordering. Rush options may be available depending on the design.
