Our seating charts are priced in three simple steps, so you can choose exactly what works for your event:
- Custom Setup – Every chart begins with design formatting, proofing, and preparing your guest list for print.
- Substrate (Material) – Choose between poster prints, foam core, or acrylic for the finish and look you prefer.
- Stand or Rental (Optional) – Select how your sign will be displayed, whether on an easel, in a block stand, or with a self-standing back.
This breakdown ensures you understand what goes into your investment and allows you to customize your chart to your style, budget, and venue needs.

Best for showers, rehearsal dinners, or events where the sign will be framed. Posters must be placed inside a frame (not included).

Once your seating chart is designed and printed, the next step is deciding how it will be displayed at your venue. The right choice depends on the size, material, and overall look you want for your event:
Easel – Works beautifully with foam core or framed poster signs. You may use your own or rent one from us (starting at $35)
Block Stand – A sleek, modern base designed for stability. Best for larger foam core or acrylic signs that need extra support. Exclusive rental in collaboration with Krystina Lynn (starting at +$120 plus setup fees)
Self-Standing Back – Available for foam core signs only, this lightweight cardboard option allows the chart to stand on its own without an easel. It’s ideal for taller or oversized boards.

Looking for something beyond a standard board? Seating charts can also be created as canvas backdrops, champagne walls, oversized foam boards, or unique installations designed specifically for your venue. These are quoted individually and allow you to make your seating chart a true statement piece.
