Can I purchase samples of your designs/cards?
We offer samples for all the designs featured in our Collection of semi custom design. Navigate to our Collection page, and access any of our designs/cards. Add to the cart in quantity of 1, and don’t forget to include any add on you may want to preview.
Can I personalize my samples?
Our samples are created to give you a good idea of the quality of our product, however we do not offer custom samples at this moment. Once you place a bulk order with us, a customized hard copy will be included free of charge before bulk printing.
Can I get color swatches?
Although we cannot offer custom samples, we can however send swatches for colors on demand. Email us after your order at email@example.com
Can you make additional accessories to match my design?
We can create any accessory matching your design. Just let us know what you need and we will find the best solution for you.
Do you offer calligraphy?
We do not offer traditional calligraphy, however we do offer digital calligraphy, which means your items (most of the times envelopes) will be printed with your guest names and addresses, with a font that matches or coordinates with your cards.
Can you print guest names on invitations and other cards?
We can customize invitation cards and other cards (example bellybands) with your guest names. The charge for that starts at $0.80/card and varies depending on the nature of the customization.
Once I find the design that I like, how do I start a bulk order with you?
When you are ready to get started, fill out the form here and don’t forget to specify the design you are interested in. Once we receive the form, we will be sending you a proposal for your order which will outline quantities, costs and timelines. Find out more about our ordering process here.
When is the payment due?
After you fill out the form here, you will receive a proposal/contract to start the process. At this point a deposit will be due to start the proofing process. The remaining balance is due before printing and production. You may request the remaining balance to be divided in 2 or more payments.
Can I order over the phone?
You may call us for assistance on your ordering, however a form will be required to start the process.
Once I place my order, can I change anything on it?
Yes, absolutely. Your form is just a start, but you can request changes in wording as you receive your digital proofing.
Can I order more cards after I received them?
Yes. You can request more cards after you received your order, your cards will be printed with the same info, there is no minimum for a reprint.
What is the minimum order?
The prices online are valid for a minimum order of 50 cards (example, 50 invitations, 50 invitations and rsvp card etc.). We can produce as low as 10 cards however a fee will apply:
orders between 25 and 50 cards > 30% overcharge
orders between 10 and 25 cards > 50% overcharge
Printing and materials
What types of printing do you offer?
We offer digital printing, letterpress, thermography and foil press. You can find out more here.
Can I change my printing paper?
You can request for your cards to be printed on a different paper (as long as it is within the same price base). You can find out more here.
Can I change printing method?
For most of our designs, you can request for your cards to be printed with a different printing method. A printing upgrade fee will apply.
Are all your designs customizable in colors?
Most of the design from our collections are customizable in colors, you can find out more here. Envelope color, font color, and often artwork color can be customized on all our cards.
Can you print in a specific color I provide?
If the print is done in house, so for digital printing, we can print any color, however we cannot guarantee “color matching”, you are welcome to send a color swatch or a pantone, however we cannot guarantee that the final print will match what you have in hand or what you see on the screen, as very often colors on screen appear very different than printed colors.
Can I change the wording type/font?
Yes, you can request font changes. We can use any font from our font library here, or you can send us the font you would like and if that is a free source, we can use it. If you request a premium font, you will be charged the font cost.
What kind of customization are included in the price?
Changes included in the cost are:
– ENVELOPE COLOR
– GATE COLOR (where applicable)
– FONT and type
– DESIGN COLOR (there are some restrictions to this)
– WAX SEAL COLOR
What other customization can I get at a cost?
Changes available for a graphic fee are:
– printing change and upgrade
– major artwork changes
– switching format (example from vellum card to laser cut card etc.)
Prices vary depending on the nature of the requested change
Can I send a logo or custom image for you to include on my cards?
You may send an image or logo for us to include on your cards, as long as you own the reproduction copyright on that image; you will need to sign a print release where you declare to own the right for that image. A design fee will not be applicable if no changes are to be done on the image, and the artwork is ready for printing.
Can I mix 2 designs?
You can generally request to mix 2 designs, if as an example you like the artwork on a design, but the layout/format of another design, we can do that for you. A graphic fee will apply (min of 100$) which entity will depend upon the nature of the requested change).
Can I get a printed copy before production?
You can request a custom hard copy before your bulk order is in production. One Custom hard copy is included and free of charge for orders over 50 cards, or over 250$. The complimentary copy however will need to be requested by the client and will not be sent automatically.
How many rounds are included in my proofing?
Unlimited rounds are included for all orders over 50 cards. 3 rounds of proofs are included for orders between 10 and 50 cards.
Can I have 2 versions of a card?
You can! We can split your order for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
Can I use the design for an event that is not a wedding?
You can request different wording, we can adapt any of our design to any other special event.
Can you send the digital copies of my cards for me to print at home?
To preserve the integrity of our designs, we do not sell or provide digital files in part nor in whole.
You can request to have your order expedited for an extra charge. Find current rush fees here.
Will my stationery arrive assembled?
Invitations, save the date and other cards will be assembled unless otherwise specified or requested. Your insert cards will be packaged separately and you will need to put together and envelope.
Is postage included?
Postage is never included and is solely resposibility of the client to verify the amount of postage needed for the cards. You can check our tips on mailing here.
Do you mail the invitations out or do I?
Invitations and any other stationery item will be shipped to the client. The client is solely responsible for stuffing, postage and mailing of the cards.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We can ship via usps priority mail or fedex ground or express (upon client’s request).
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. We recommend choosing International express as it is trackable and time sensitive. Usps international is know for delays. Please note that your order can be held at Customs for up to 6 weeks. Also note that any taxes and fees charged upon delivery (i.e. vat, or other custom taxes) are solely responsibility of the client.
Can I cancel my order if I signed my initial contract?
If you have just signed your contract and would like to cancel your order, and we have not yet sent your first round of digital proofing, you may request for your contract to be nulled and the deposit refunded. Please note that once you receive your first round of digital proofing, your contract can no longer be nulled and the deposit cannot be refunded.
How do I know that I will love my proofs?
Once you sign your contract and place your deposit, we commit to send you digital proofing until you are 100% happy with them. If you receive 3 rounds of proofs and you are not happy with the design, you can do a 1-time switch to any of our other designs for no extra charge.
I approved my order for print, can I cancel now?
Once you approve for printingin, your order will go in production immediately and cannot be canceled, returned nor refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to start the assembly and offer a discounted re-do.
There is a mistake on my cards, what can I do?
Your stationery will be printed exactly as signed off on your sign off contract and approved proofs. If you find a mistake or typo on your order, please contact us, we offer discounts for reprints on customer’s approved errors.
While we do our best to check all our orders for mistakes and typos, please note that it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to check the order before approving for production, and we cannot accept returns or process any refunds due to errors on approved proofs.
Can I return samples?
Samples cannot be returned. Please contact us when you receive your sample if there is a problem with it (i.e. damaged sample, or wrong sample sent)
Can I return my custom stationery?
Custom stationery is by definition created uniquely for you and therefore cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 business days from receipt explaining the issue and we will be happy to work with you.
