Process step by step

Initial inquiry:

you can fill out the form on our website, you can grab a spot in our schedule for a phone call, or you can come in our studio to sit down with us.

Order samples:

This is the fun part, where you get to choose what you would like to see in person. We offer samples of almost every design in our collection.

View quote, proposal, and suggested timeline:

Let us do the dirty work, we will work on a customized timeline created specifically based on your wedding day and other events. You will know precisely what to do and when to do it. And of course should you have any concern with that, you can let us know and we will work with you. At this point a non-refundable deposit will be due to start the process.

Check out your initial proofs:

If you have chosen to start from one of our semi-custom design, you will receive proofs to review. If you have chosen a custom process, you may receive several proofs to choose from.

Proof, Edit, Proof, Proof some more:

This is the tedious yet fun part; you can request changes to your design (see previous page for what is included and what is not) and not to worry, we do not give a limited amount of proofing. We will work on them until you are 110% exstatic with them.

Order a hard copy (optional / recommended):

At this point you will have the choice to order a customized hard copy of your suite.

Sign the proofs off for printing when ready:

If all looks on a go, you will be giving us the green light by signing a sub agreement which will start the production process. Your sign off contract will also estimate the production time and a tentative mailing date.

Your stationery will then be printed, and assembled: Kick back and relax, because we got it from here!
