HOW TO

~ How do I purchase a sample for one of your cards?

You can navigate our products from our Boutique section, we provide stock samples (pre-printed) for all our cards

~ Can I see a sample customized with my colors and wording?

A stock sample will give you a good idea of the quality of our product. Custom samples can be arranged for most of our products, pricing will depend upon the sample chosen and the pieces needed. You can request a custom sample by emailing us directly.

~ How do I place a deposit on printed cards?

While you navigate our products, on the lower part of each product page you will find a tab “HOW TO PLACE A DEPOSIT” which will extensively explain how to do it, the next tab “FILL OUT THE FORM AND PLACE A DEPOSIT” is where you will be filling out the form to place a deposit on printed cards. Alternatively you can find our customization forms here.

~ Is my deposit on printed cards refundable?

Deposits on printed cards are not refundable once the process started. The only exception is when a deposit is placed by mistake and no wording is provided, that would be considered a human error and the deposit will in that case be refunded.

~ I have found an Invitation that I like, can I get my Wedding Programs matching the design?

But why of course! We can match any item to any of our design.

~ I would like all my items coordinating, can I place an order for invitations now and place an order for Day-of-items later on?

You sure can and as a matter of fact it is recommended to place the Programs/day-of items order closer to the event, so that the details are finalized.

~ What is your turnaround for printed cards?

Turnaround time changes throughout the year depending upon the season. Please contact us prior your purchase if you are in a timeframe


CUSTOMIZATION

~ I like a design but would like to change some of the fonts in it, can I do it?

We sure can customize your fonts, you can browse our vast library here

~ Can I request any color change?

Most color changes can be accommodated. Depending on the nature of the request it may be considered a custom work and may incur in a customization fee. We provide a number of recommended color hues, which can however be tweaked

~ How will I know if the colors I chose are indeed the ones I want?

Most our printed orders include a free hard copy sent to the customer before bulk printing for approval. The hard copy is usually free of charge and its purpose is to check colors, wording spelling etc. Laser cuts and other special ordered items cannot be sent as a custom hard copy


SHIPPING / RETURN / REFUNDS / POLICIES

~ How much is shipping for samples?

Shipping for samples vary from free shipping to 1$/2$ flat rate for shipping to the United States. International shipping for samples start at $5

~ How much is shipping for a bulk order?

Shipping for bulk orders is done via USPS priority shipping unless otherwise specified or requested. This service cost about 15$ at the moment for delivery within the US (2-3 business days), and starts at $45.00 for shipping to Canada. International shipping starts at $60.00, please note that although we mark our parcels as gifts, some countries may charge duties. We have no way knowing what kind of duties your country will charge. We recommend checking with your postal service.

~ I live next to Fraser, Michigan. Can we arrange a pick up?

We can arrange a pick up at our residential location.

~ If I order invitations today, can I order extras later on?

You sure can!

~ What are your return policies?
After the order has been placed and printing has begun, the order is considered finalized. Designed with Amore LLC is not responsible for any mistakes or misspelling on the final cards, printed upon FINAL PROOFS APPROVAL. If there is an issue with your order and you would like to discuss returning it, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt. The Return shipping will be at customer’s expense, and once the order is returned (complete and unused) a full refund of the order less the shipping price will be given.
If you receive your cards and you are not happy about them, talk to us and let us know; we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

PRINTABLE FILES

~ Do you provide printable files as well for your designs?

We provide printable files for most of our designs (escluding die cuts, laser cuts, pocketfolds, envelope printing for obvious reasons). You can request printable cards by emailing us directly.
